The music industry is a world of opportunity, where even the wildest of dreams can come true. On Musiqtone, we find the best and the brightest young talent and put them on a special pedestal for all their fans and potential new converts to see. Like anything else in the industry, its an opportunity to be heard and/or be seen. We don't just hit the clubs, bars, coffeehouses, and bookstores to find potential talent to promote. We also use the power of the internet and its that power that has led Musiqtone to 16(?) year old recording artist and emerging talent Britney Christian.
As some of yesterday's teen idols grow up, new ones must take its place in the music industry. But only a select few from each generation go on to build successful careers beyond the vast teen markets and we have every reason to believe that this girl from the state of California can do that. Everyone has potential, but only those who have what we call 'It' can realize that potential and although we can't define exactly what 'it' is, we know Britney has 'it.'
She hopes to change what is a disturbing trend in the music industry, where actual talent is being completely eschewed for the image and even when he or she has incredible talent, labels go head over heels glossing up their respective images. In addition, especially for the teen generation, there aren't a whole lot of recording artists that set a good example and carry a lot of positiveness around them. Here's a part from her bio---
"My dream is to become a pop/rock recording artist and I hope that I can really set a positive example for the teen generation. I feel like the entertainment(sp) business (sp) is a great place to be an example and i think that a lot of artists out there right now aren't (sp) setting the best example so hopefully I can change that!"
She will have every opportunity to do that.
