While most college students are simply trying to survive, balancing classes, extracurriculars, and a social life, country duo 3rd & Union is also throwing in a country music career to their balancing act.

Comprised of two Belmont University students Chase Coy and Palmer Lee, the band pulls inspiration from such artists as Lady Antebellum, the Civil Wars, and even Miranda Lambert.

Some may recognize the name Chase Coy, for Coy headed a successful solo career as a young singer-songwriter, recording songs with big names such as Colbie Caillat.

3rd & Union, formed in 2012, released their debut album in the fall of 2012. Rising to #29 on the iTunes country charts, the duo uses their unique vocal blend and beautifully written songs to woo country music and folk fans alike.

The duo currently has a free music sampler available on Noisetrade right now.
