The British pop invasion will continue well into next year as breakout girl pop group Little Mix announced today via label press release that they will be releasing their sophomore album Salute on February 4, 2014 on Syco/Columbia.  The followup to their worldwide breakout debut DNA, the first single from Salute will be the “fresh-sounding, mature dance anthem” “Move,” now available on digital outlets everywhere.  The album itself is also currently open to preorder and those who preorder will be getting the tracks from Salute early during a countdown to the album’s official release.

On top of the announcement, the group have also announced a 27 city arena tour for the US, which will be their first ever as the top opening act on Demi Lovato’s The Neon Lights Tour.  The leg will open February 9, 2014 and will hit locales like Rosemont, IL, Nashville, Atlanta, Uniondale, NY and Boston.  There are also two dates in Canada, including the opening Feb. 9 date in Vancouver.
