Miley Cyrus- Breakout

Second effort shows off rock vibe
BreakoutSince the release of her last album, Miley is still continuing to have a succesful music and acting career. in 2007 alone, Miley has had an amazing year...A sold-out Tour, a Hit 3-d movie and making the Hannah Montana Movie. Even though the 15 year old has also had a rough year with the media, she still doesn't let anyone put her down!!  This time around, Miley has recorded her sophomore album called " Breakout".

The songs are mostly Rock, Pop and Smooth, but all sound incredible. Miley's album opens with 3 songs of the same genre:" Breakout", "7 Things" and" The Driveway", a Rock song that has a different appeal then "Breakout".

Miley then sings her heart out on a different version of the Cyndi Lauper hit song "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun". Miley makes you get up and just wanna dance and sing along.  "Full Circle" has a great beat and lyrics that gives a great meaning. "Fly on the Wall" may sound a little weird but, the sound and lyrics make it a really neat song.  Miley slows it down with "Bottom Of The Ocean", a classic love song..the sound is incredible and Miley's voice is incredible.
In "Wake Up America", the lyrics give a great message about global warming and going green. It's a great song to learn from. Another slow song is "These Four Walls", a slow song that has an amazing sound. Miley rocks it up in "Simple Song" that really is a simple song that sounds amazing. "Goodbye" is my favorite song. the sound is calm while the lyrics just swipe you off your feet.

Then, there is the hit "7 Things". I think we can all relate to the lyrics, because we all think about the same 7 things. Its a Rock song, that describes the different things that we thinks about guys.  The video for "7 Things" is the perfect fit for the song.

Miley has certainly grown up more.  Breakout is definitely her best album yet!!  Totally worth listening to!!!!
